Modi Condemns Attack on Putin's Residence, Urges Restraint

He emphasized the need to avoid actions that could escalate tensions and undermine peace efforts. The statement comes after Russia alleged Ukraine launched a drone attack targeting the Kremlin, a claim Ukraine denies.

Kyiv has stated there is no ‘plausible’ evidence linking Ukraine to the incident, suggesting Russia may be fabricating a pretext for intensified attacks. Moscow, however, has indicated a hardening of its stance towards Ukraine following the alleged drone strike.
